Setting	Purpose
TESTINEL_DSN	Selects and authorizes the destination project. Treat it as a secret.
--showlocals	Includes local variables in pytest tracebacks.
--tb=long	Produces complete pytest tracebacks.
-vv	Produces detailed test identifiers and output.

TESTINEL_DSN also supports a file:// URL or local path when producing a local JSON report instead of uploading to Testinel.
