Refund Policy

At Testinel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To request a refund, contact us at support@testinel.dev and include your order email address or Paddle transaction receipt.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not automatically issue refunds for previous charges.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Refunds for purchases processed by Paddle may also be handled in accordance with Paddle’s policies and applicable consumer protection laws. See the Paddle Refund Policy for additional information.

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply under local law.
